PBL lamitubes or Laminatetubes are made of all plastic laminates, and the barrier layer is also made of a plastic material, Ethyl Vinyl alcohol,. EVOH is widely used in applications requiring attractive packaging, especially cosmetic products, good bounceback of tubes after squeezing (eliminating the need for secondary paper carton packaging), attractive visual and tactile effects,and PBL tubes are emerging as an alternative to aluminum foil based tubes. Laminatetubes made of all plastic laminates can be fully transparent allowing the products to show through. These tubes can also pass through conventional metal detectors.

Manufacturing Unit & Machinery

For Offset Printing we have 25 printing units comprising of all latest 5-color, 4-color, 2-color, and single color offset printing machines with all latest computer-controlled machines for the manufacturing of Mono Cartons, Lami Tube, and Roll Form Sticker. We have in-house facilities for film lamination, U. V. coating, Aqueous Coating, Hot Melt glue Pasting, High-Speed pasting & Foil Printing all is done on automatic machines. The dye-cutting, side pasting, and gluer machine are from Bobst, Switzerland the world leader in these machines.

We have a complete prepress unit with all computer control equipment that comprise the latest 5-color 4-color, 2-color, and single color automatic offset printing machines, latest computer control lamination, dye cutting, pasting machines, foil printing, Ko-Pack for lami tube, and roll form sticker.
