Contact SupplierJindal Plant Growth Chamber is state-of-the-art equipment for plant growth and animal studies. It is used in many research, education and agricultural industries. The chamber is used for a material test in a constant climate, specifically the stability test in accordance with the ICH (International conference on halmonisation of technical requirements for registration of pharmaceuticals for Human use). The combination of technology for heating, cooling and dehumidifying, as applied by the Jindal New Modular Plant Growth chamber is so far unique on the market. The inbuilt provision for light, temperature and humidity are made to test plant growth and analyse their flowering cycle.
Construction
The inner chamber is made of Stainless steel and the outer body is made of mild steel duly powder coated. A see through window is provided for inspection of plants without disturbing the thermal conditions. Adjustable stainless steel trays to place the samples are provided.
Insulation
The inner stainless steel chamber is insulated by high density thick polyurethane foam insulation to prevent thermal losses.
Heating
The heating is done by finned heaters to maximize heat exchange process and to achieve the set temperature in a short time interval.
Cooling
The cooling is done by a highly efficient hermetically sealed refrigeration unit with air cooled condenser & CFC free eco friendly refrigerant to achieve set temperature in a short time period.
Illumination
Provision from 10,000Lux to 50,000Lux illumination is done with a mixture of incandescent lamp and fluorescent light to give effect of day light.
Air Circulation
Highly efficient forced air type circulation with motor blower assembly is provided to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor Control
The new modular design of plant growth chamber is integrated with a multifunctional fuzzy controller with an integrated self diagnosis system and high quality platinum sensors. The fuzzy controller allows precise adjustments of temperature/humidity constellations, greater stability of the variables over long periods, which are of crucial significance.
