Parts Details

Bed	The bed is made from a grade casting 190 to 210 BHN. The bed is well ground and also lapping after the grinding inspected by microlevel & Straight edge.
Head Stock	New improved Hexagonal design with helical teeth shaving gears for noiseless operation. The height of center is 263 mm (10.5"). Brass is made from led bronz (80:10:10) or SKF Bearing is provided in bearing type.
Main Spindle	Made from En8 alloy steel with grinding and Nitriding. The main spindle is supported on precision tapper roller bearing or on brass beaings.
Saddle	Well scrapped having the surface & compound screw made from En8 Steel. Millimeter (mm) dials are fitted to facilitate machining to very close limits.
Apron	A four walled closed type with oil sump apron having a best quality gears. SKF Bearing and bronze metal bush is fitted for smooth operation. Sliding and surfaceing feeds can be engaged by tightening a star knob and engaging lever at appropriate position.
Tail Stock	Hexagonal shapped body with a tool tray on it. Tail Stock spindle of 60 mm Dia. harden & ground made from En8 steel having External & internal grinding with MT-4 internal tapper is provided. It can be off set for tapper turning.
