    Overview

    The planetary mixer is a mixing assembly wherein the agitation pattern is of a planetary nature. The agitation assembly rotates around it self as well as travels in a circle in the mixing bowl thereby achieving intimate mixing as a result of this the material is uniformly and intimately mixed.
     
    Design Highlights
    • Planetary mixer designed for intensive mixing, dispersing and kneading operation
    • Hydraulic lifting lowering achieved through motorized power pack in production model & manual lifting system for lab model.
    • Castor wheels mounted in vessel for the ease of mobility.
    • Frame structure & all non contact parts are made out of mild steel & same will painted in standard model.
    • All moving parts are enclosed with safety guards
    • Variable Speed Drive
    • All contact parts can be open easily, hence very easy for transportation up to washing area & cleaning
    • Scrapers provided
