• water – 1 cup (250ml)

• yeast – 1/2 teaspoon (2.5kg)

• oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

• 1.5 tablespoons (20g)

cooking procedure : dough preparation

• take lukewarm water and yeast together in a bowl with 10g of flour, mix well & then rest it for 20 minutes.

• after 20 minutes, mix together all the ingredientsand from dough.

• divide the dough into a small desered balls, rest these form 30 minutes and then flatten them to make shape of the piece.
