These Pipe Facing Machines may also be utilized for transition cuts when used with proper attachments. This Pipe Facing Machine is available for pipe size ranging from 6 inches to 60 inches pipe.
Features :

Pneumatic Wedge Mandrel (Powered) are available for pipe sizes from 18â�� to 62â��.
Travel wheels rise from the pipe wall when the mandrel is expanded.
PWM (Powered) is pulled to the next bend by itself.
PWM (Powered) can accommodate several wall thicknesses without changing shims.
PWM (Powered) allows smooth bend to be made while preventing pipe buckling, flatness and distortion.
PWM (Powered) provide fast approach and powerful locking action.
Additional Pneumatic Compressor is also available at extra cost for PWM (Powered).

Pipe Facing Machine is available with four main components :

Expander Section
Hydraulic Manifold
Pipe Facing Section
Radial Arm.

Attributes :

Helps to perfect and clean bevel for pipe welding to maximize quality and minimize repairs.
Helps to reduce manual welding time and save manpower up to 80%.
Machine will counter bore to facilitate pipe wall thickness changes (Boring tool is Optional).
The machine will be furnished with the clamp section as required.
