Pipe Beveling Machine is custom built machine and is used for chamfering the pipe edges. Pipe beveling done for Welding of Tubes. This is the Prior arrangement for welding tubes that are used in Power Generation, Petroleum, Boiler and other high temperature services. Pneumatic clamp was provided for clamping of tubes. All Pneumatic accessories used are of SMC Make. Weight of machine is hardly 500 Kg so you can take the machine onsite and work, which reduces material handling. Facing, boring and bevelling operation are to be carried on this machine. RPM range of machine 30 to 300 RPM. Hardened Gears are used for better life cycle of machine. Worm and worm wheel arrangement provided for Feed.
