Short Directions For Use: Just add contents of the packet to 500ml. (half litre) milk and boil. Cool to room temperature and set in home refrigerator in the freezer compartment. To meet commercial grade standards add 10% milk fat. 

Hardware Required: A gas stove or a heating appliance. Refrigerator for freezing the mix and a hand blender for beating the frozen product.

Software Required: Half a litre of milk.
