Small farmers prefer to extract oil from their own produced seeds for their own consumption and to earn livelihood. For villagers it generates employment and is a source of income for mass population and research institutes can do their tests on different seeds with small investment. It can run on diesel engine in remote areas where there is shortage or no electricity.
