The company has purchased latest machinery from the reputed manufacturer like Amba, Alex, Hitesh etc. The company has installed capacity of more than 1 Lakh roller bearings per annum during its first phase, which will cover a wide variety of Ball, Taper, Cylindrical, Thrust and Spherical Roller Bearings. The bearings will be manufactured under the brand name “SPRINT”

Quality:
SAE 52100 bearing steel is a high carbon, chromium containing low alloy steel that is through hardening and noted in particular for use as bearings.
SAE 52100 bearing steel is one kind of special steel with features of high wear resistance and rolling fatigue strength. High-carbon chromium bearing steel, engineering steel and some types of stainless steel and heat resistant steel are used as materials of bearings and for other purposes.

Heat Treatment:
SPRINT Bearings races are hardened and tempered with 58 to 62 HRC maintained.

Finishing:
The Raceway of both the Rings and Rollers are Super Finish Passed through Honing Process to achieve Super Micro Finishing.
Inspections:

Packing:
