The phyCORE®-i.MX 6 SOM is one of PHYTEC’s most popular products and since release in 2012 has been successfully deployed across a wide range of applications. The SOM extends the scalability of the NXP i.MX 6 single- to quad-core processor family by providing extensive options for customization with up to 2GB DDR3 RAM and a range of flash options from 128 MB NAND to 128 GB eMMC. In addition to common interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C and GPIO, features such as PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, LVDS display, and HDMI are available at the 280-pin interconnects. PHYTEC expects the phyCORE-i.MX 6 to well exceed 15+ years of continued market availability.
