We supply the PFI leather colour matching machine with 2,4 or 6 drums as required.The drums are fabricated out of SS 316L grade stainless steel,driven commonly to the variable speed drive motor the temperature is common to all drums with electrical air heating having automatic temperature.Motor can be control with a timer and alarm for regular intervals.
Drum can be rotate clockas well as anti-clock wise with a manual rotary.Loading of leather is through the door which can be open and closed easily and draining is possible with the perforated section in a carefully designed sliding door.This machine is designed beautifully to carry out comparitive trails on all WET end chemicals like RETANNING,DYEINGAND FAT LIQUORING.The process can be viewed from the plexiglass on the drum also feeding of chemical can be done from the feed funnel without stopping the drum.
