Contact SupplierPFA differs from PTFE in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection moulding and screw extension techniques. PFA has very similar properties of low coefficient of friction and non-reactivity, but more easily formable. PFA is softer than than PTFE and melts at 305 degrees Celsius. PFA is superior to PTFE with regards to its flexibility, making them useful for tubing applications. However, their ability to endure repetitive folding is actually lower than PTFEs own.
