ESI stand for (Employee State Insurance) is a social security and health insurance scheme which provides various benefits to employees. The benefits includes medical benefit, sickness benefit, maternity benefit, disablement benefit and various other benefits such as funeral expenses, free supply of physical aids etc to the employees and their family. Employee’s State Insurance or ESI, on the other hand, is a self-financing scheme that covers the social security and health insurance of Indian workers. This is contributed by both employees and employers.

ESI Registration is mandatory for companies who have at least 10 employees with wages less than 15,000/- per month. ESI registration throughout India is done through GOEL & GOEL Chartered Accountants.

Provident Fund or PF Registration is mandatory for company with at least 10 employees. PF registration offers a great deal of security for the employees in case of any emergency or post retirement. PF contributions are also eligible for income tax rebate.
