though available in various grade, size and color with optional features of printing on the strap and double colored strap, our straps can be ordered to suite your customized requirement of strapping.
our straps produced from polypropylene, is available in two grades. Virgin grade and next to virgin grade.
virgin grade: prime grade is produced from virgin pp granules and comes with high performance on strapping machines due to low deviation in sizes, low curvature and high rigidity.
next to virgin grade: eco-friendly economy grade is produced from non-prime pp granules and can be used with manual strapping tools and semiautomatic strapping machines. This grade is treated for low curvature through tempering process.
each coil of our straps produced passes through stringent test procedure to maintain high standard in plastic strapping industry.
we offer 6mm to 19 mm width strep width and 0.4 to .0.7 mm thickness.the straps is also available with printing as per your specification.we have three quality manual straps, semi auto heat sealing straps and fully auto straps with bending and variation free in ready stock
