Permanent Magnetic Lifter

We are an eminent Supplier of Permanent Magnetic Lifter. Our Permanent Magnetic Lifters are hand operated by a lever with spring lock in magnetized position to prevent inadvertent demagnetizing. The magnets are manufactured with high energy rare earth NdFeB magnets and tested for three times safe working load. The body is machined from a solid steel block and ensures total safety. Several magnets can be mounted on a spreader beam to handle long plates/structural. Limiting factor will be the crane capacity. The system comprises of a spreader beam with several magnets suspended from it. The number of magnets will depend on the plate size. A switch is provided for reducing power to drop the second/third plate is the system picks up more than one plate. These systems are highly reliable and fool proof. Suitable for Handling
