Its Indications Are The Treatment Of  Non-small Cell Lung Cancer And Pleural  Mesothelioma. Pemetrexed Is In A Class Of Medications Called Antifolate, Antineoplastic Agents And Antimetabolite For Ts, Dhfr And Garft With Ki Of 1.3 Nm, 7.2 Nm And 65 Nm, Respectively. It Works By Blocking The Action Of A Certain Substance In The Body That May Help Cancer Cells Multiply.
