Pellet Binder

Sorbipel is a blend of Hydrated Calcium, Magnesium, Alumino Silicate. High Binding Index, Increased Hardness, Reduction of Fines in finished product, Increased Production Rate, Reduce Energy Cost, Less Die wear and tear, Odor Control, Reduced Plugging of Machine because of good pellet binder. Higher temperature helps gelatinizing creating more durable pellets.Poor condition of storage and difference in temperature can produce condensation and steaming over the inner surface of Silos and generate lot of fungi. Feed pellets protected by good pellet binder which absorbs the moisture and they keep their original physical form and flow freely in the Silo. The pellet binder also binds toxins like Aflatoxin etc.
