TPL plastech PE Pipes are capable of handling semi-solid & gaseous effluents and has unmatched resistance to corrosive chemicals. They are lighter, easy to handle & install compared to heavier metallic or concrete pipes.

TPL plastech PE Pipes are 100% leak proof therefore they are preferred over Galvanized, Ductile iron, Cement for applications such as portable water services or distribution lines, sewerage & drainage, cable ducting, natural gas distribution, irrigation, waste disposal, industrial application & offshore pipeline installation.

TPL Plastech PE Pipes are made with quality assurance system and strict adherence to IS: 4984, IS: 14333, IS: 14151, ISO: 4427, DIN 8074 design and testing code to match the quality of our products and services.

We being the part of one of the leading plastic processing group in Asia and also having the distinction of being the first manufacturers in bulk packaging to get an ISO certification for our unit at Silvassa as early as 1998. At TPL Plastech Ltd. it is our constant endeavor to ensure the highest quality of our products at optimum cost.
Our state of the art Blow Molding Machines are capable of producing barrels complying with U/N Certified Quality Standards. Our Products are manufactured from special grade of High Molecular - High Density Polyethylene. This makes our drums lightweight, durable, chemically inert, stable, with a high Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) quotient and available in grades covering diverse applications and end uses.
We have an in-house facility for testing Raw material i.e. MFI Testing & for finished products we do Drop test, Stack Load test, Leakage test, Hydraulic Pressure test, Vibration test, Top load Resistance test, etc. Our QC Department undertakes quality control procedures as per IS 6312/ (U/N) standards.
We continuously strive to enhance our product portfolio and have expanded our reach with Greenfield manufacturing units in northern and western India. Having established our first unit in Silvassa way back in the year 1995 with it 1st machine from SOFFIAGGIO TECNICA, Italy. We have added 6 more machines of imported/indigenous origin and also commissioned units at Jammu (J & K), Gadarpur (Uttaranchal), Kutch (Gujarat) and last but not least Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) to cater to major clients in Western, Northern & Central India. Presently, we have the capacity to produce 1.8 Million barrels per annum in bulk packaging.
Having carved a niche for ourselves in the bulk packaging market we have now expanded in medium packaging business manufacturing 30 to 100 Ltr capacity Narrow Mouth, Open Top and Wide Mouth carboys and our present capacity is to the tune of 300 Tons per month.
Today the company offers a comprehensive range of narrow mouth, wide mouth and open top drums ranging from 25 Ltr to 250 Ltr capacity.
