We are manufacturing, exporting and supplying PCC Panel (Power Control Center Panel)that is available with a current carrying capacity up to 6300Amp. This panel is used in various industries like chemical plants, pharmaceutical, refrigeration plant, plastic industry and many more for controlling power fluctuations. This PCC Panel (Power Control Center Panel) is manufactured in our technologically advanced manufacturing unit using fine grade raw materials and advanced technology under the stern supervision of our seasoned professionals.

FEATURES:

Our panels are fabricated using high quality raw materials,14 gauge CRCA sheet steel and are fitted with reliable controls procured from reliable vendors in the market.
The outer structure of the panels are coated using high graded powder coating including red oxide and 9 tank process which makes it long lasting and can withstand any climatic condition.
We can make customized PCC panels to meet the custom requirement of our client in accordance with industry standard.
Voltages up to and including 1000 Vac& 1200 Vdc.
PVC insulated for working voltages up to and including 1100 V. cables.
Acrylic sheet protection covers for hazardous area.
Remote data monitoring system, which allows client to access their data from anywhere.

DETAILS:

Our product is also available with APFC, PCC with AMF as per the exact requirement of customers. The energy management system that we provide with this device proves to be useful in recording energy data of all feeders for one month, also client can access all data from remote location. And analyze them based on graphical view. We have Type Test Certificate up to 65KA/ 1sec for Short Circuit test. Our PCC Panel integrated with all necessary protections to ensure that it meets all safety standards prevailing in the industry. In some application, we provide flexibility to operate from two power source with proper interlocking. Usually PCC panel is having modular construction with cable inlet is on either top or bottom of the structure.
