solder bath – fitted with superior quality stainless steel pot solder pump that is run by ac3 phase motor. The wave height is managed through ac drives and the temperature is controlled through pid controller. An interval sensor and digital timer is also fitted in this solder bath for maximum effectiveness
pre-heater – ceramic top pre heaters equipped with pid controller for effective temperature control
conveyor – chain type conveyors made up of high quality aluminum and powered by ac3 phase motor. Our conveyors have a step less angle and an ac drive for motor speed control
foam fluxer with air knife – made up of high quality stainless steel, our foam fluxers with air knife have special plastic foaming for maximum effectiveness. The other features of these fluxers include tube interval sensor, digital timer, air filter, regulator, indicator of external air supply requirements and an optional flux density controller
