GUN BODY: -               Aluminum Alloy Gravity Die Cast
NOZZLE CHEMBER: -  Tool Steel, Vacuum Hardened 
EXHAUST PIPE: -        Alloy Aluminum with Hard Coat Anodizing or Electro less Nickel Plating 

To overcome the problem of thread damage due to use of adhesives during dismantling and reassembly. Phoenix has introduced innovative concept of using ‘O’ ring seal in Suction Gun Assembly. With the use of this innovative concept it has become easier to assemble the Suction Guns without use of adhesives but by applying general purpose Grease. Suction Guns can be dismantled and assembled several times without any thread damage.

Apart from free trials and after Sales Service, we also offer complete range of individual spares for any type of Suction Gun ex-stock, making it possible to repair and use old guns instead of buying new one every time.
