We wish to introduce ourselves, as the TRADERS of Interlocking Paver Blocks. We have spent the nearly 2 years for the survey R & D work. Commercial production we have started 2006 Jan.
The Extent of the factory is nearly 5 Acres Blocks are produced in a Heavy Duty machine with a capacity of 4000 sq.ft. Production per shift. Electronic weigh batching and a Mix Design got from REC Trichy are the main factors for our success in the field.
We are able to achieve M60 Grade strength Blocks in our Machine. Varying thickness ranging from 60mm to 100mm thick Blocks can be produced.Kerb blocks for retaining wall & Direction Kerb, Grass Paver also can be produced.
We have 200KN compression testing machine supplied by AIMIL in our premises itself. Curing, stacking and delivery are properly monitored.
So far we have supplied 25,000,000 sq.m Blocks with the order ranging from 1500 sq.mt to 4,00,000 sq.mt. Our Machine is fully automated with computerized batching plant.
We keep quality, Time and also smooth customer relationship. Even we attend smaller Repair works of paver blocks without any hesitation, to keep our customer base.
We are also manufacturing Pre Polished Designer Concrete Pavers (similar to Ultra Eurocon) in 9 Colors.
