Paste Filling Machine

Automatic Volumetric Cream/Gel/Paste Filling Machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of cream into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, of SS slat Conveyor, Hopper Unit, indexing mechanism & SS Syringe.A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement with a conveyor system and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine.

A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of cream when continuous flow of bottles is not available. The control penal box shall be provided in front for easy operation.

Bottle / Container/ Jar moves along the conveyor, and get feed below the filling nozzle and exact centering of bottle below nozzles happen with the help of indexing mechanism or we can say as stopper system.

The desire pre set volume is suck and delivery by the help of syringe / pump / cylinder. During operation the piston draws cream/paste from hopper and discharges it into empty container/tube. The machine is suitable for smooth cream, high viscosity, crystal material like Chawanprash, Pickle, Face Scrab, Jam, Hair Gel, Ointment, etc. The volume in the Syringe / Pump / cylinder are set by the means of volume adjustment block using hexagonal bolt.
