The rotary drum dryer is made up of a massive, rotating cylindrical tube and it is used to reduce the moisture content of agro & forestry waste by the direct contact with a heated gas. Rotary Drum Dryer is suitable when raw material content high moisture up to 70% to 80%.

Basis on Moisture content and production requirements, various models of Rotary Drum Dryer are available. Complete System of Rotary Drum Dryer is automated where moisture content is adjustable. It’s specially designed to reduce the moisture content of agro & forestry waste up to 10% or less for Briquetting Process. It combines the function of drying and cooling, thus save 30-50% energy.

Rotary Drum Dryer, speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry raw material it’s affected by stirring-up rake with incline and hot air. The raw material can be moved and passed through the dry section and to star valve and then discharge the finished product.
