Pass Box Controller

PassBox is used for material transfer from one clean room to another clean room. It consists of a control card with two doors or three doors(as per customer requirment). The doors are interlocked such that both doors cannot be open at the same time, to prevent pressure losses and cross contamination.

Main Features:

Ø  Micocontroller based Design.

Ø  LCD 20X4 Display for each Door.

Ø  Each door have differnet Display board.

Ø  Up to 4 Doors supported.

Ø  Operates electromagnetic locks with inbuild door open sensor for door feedback. (electromagnetic locks  not included in this price . Will provide seperatlly if required )

Ø  Doors are Interlocked to each other.

Ø  Door status indication on LCD and LED in respective door display board.

Ø  Adjustable delay time between closing of Door 1 and opening of Door 2 (and vice versa).

Ø  No touch supported (optional) to avoid physical touch to open door.

Ø  Status indication on LCD display panel: Door open and door close.

Ø  Buzzer output if door is kept open more than specified time.

Ø  UV lamp, FL lamp and blower Lamp ON/OFF switch for manual operate with indication.

Ø  Two selectable program – dynamic mode and static mode

Ø  UV life calculation in hours and minutes.

Ø  Buzzer alarm with UV life over to total life of UV.

Ø  When any door open then on display it indicate the open door number and LED indication of open door is RED for rest door it’s Green.
