Paper Tubes

These are manufactured by sticking together many strands of paper and winding around a moving mandrel. These tubes are used to wind yarns and fibers whereas cores are used to wind films and textiles. These paper tubes are manufactured by sticking individual strip of papers thoroughly coated with adhesive on the designated gum coating stands. As strips of paper are coated with gum individually, different gums with different viscosities are used to get the desired result.
