Papad

Our clients can avail from us a tasty collection of Papad, which is a popular and tasty snack food of India. These products are also known as pappodum or appalam. It has a light, crispy and thin wafer like texture. The products are made out of black, green lentil flour, rice, ragi (finger millet), jowar, sago and other pulses of cereals flour. To enhance or create different flavors, we use several combinations of salt, asafoetida, black pepper, green & red chilly, cumin, garlic, cardamom, clove and cinnamon in different proportions. Several varieties of papad such as plaid, methi and garlic papad are available with us.
