The paneer press offered shall be manufactured from SS channel with table sheet of required thickness in SS 304 .The press offered shall be free floor standing design provided with required nos. of pneumatic cylinders suitable for pressing the paneer blocks.
Paneer press shall be provided with required nos of paneer hoops having approx, cap. of 10 kgs of paneer per hoop. Paneer blocks shall be pressed for a period of 15 to 30 minutes depending upon the texture & moisture required in the paneer
The paneer press shall also be provided with the whey collection tray with common outlet. Panel would also be provided.
