Recipe Cut 200gm Paneer into small pieces make paste of 50gm onions & 100gm tomatoes. Take 4 to 5 Cashew nuts, make paste. Fry onion in 50gm Ghee in a fry pan. Add tomato puree & fry, add some salt and 1 to 2 tspn. of 'Mudita Herbal Paneer Masala' add cashew nut paste and little water, simmer for some time and add Paneer pieces and cook for 6/7 minutes. Instead of cashew nuts you can use milk cream.
