Well accepted internationally, Stretch wrapping is an efficient, cost effective alternative to the conventional packaging. It is an economical alternative to protect and stabilize pallets at lower lab, our time and packaging costs. The Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine, which we offer, is based on this technology, to ensure most efficient and economic wrapping of pallets by pre-stretched LLDPE film. The Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine is a fully automatic machine.

Working

The film is stretched by a pair of powered stretch rollers that make it possible to use film of different quality and thickness by stretching them without any reduction in width (neck down).
The pre-stretched film is applied all over the pallet in multi-layers, which helps in uniting and protecting the load.
The degree of protection offered can be varied to suit individual packing requirements.
Once you load the product the machine will stretch-wrap all four sides as per setting.
The Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine has stretch film holding device, an unwinding device (to unwind stretch films automatically) and an automatic up & down facility to cover long-height up to 1200mm.
