Uses :

• Diffused in your home, you can give your respiratory system a major boost.

Directions for Use :

• Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Topical use - Apply one to two drops in the desired area. To reduce the sensitivity of the skin, use it with coconut oil.
• Internal use - Add one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Cautions : Essential Oils are oil soluble- dilute with a carrier oil, not water. Avoid direct application on the skin if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, internal ear, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight for up to 12 hours after applying the product.
