Polyurethane (PU) coatings/paints are widely known for their inherent toughness and flexibility. A variety of these paints, coatings and primers are manufactured by us and are used for waterproofing, sound insulation, anti-corrosion as well as for imparting chemical resistance properties. Different grades of the chemicals can be produced as per the requirements of the customer.

We are supplying these paints/coatings to organisations like Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala. We have recently developed a new grade of high performance 'anti-rust' paint that prevents rust formation on metal surfaces and its effects last for more than 10 years, as estimated by independent lab tests. 

Waterproofing and Anti-Corrosion Paints/Coatings

Water resistance, anti-corrosiveness and chemical resistance properties, all together, can be imparted to different surfaces by using the following paints/coatings:

· Shivabond 309 is a specifically formulated two component air-drying PU primer. It is used as primer coating on mild steel, tin, drainage pipes, FRP Surfaces, R.C.C etc.

· Shivabond 315 is a specifically formulated two component, air drying, natural colored clear lacquer used for coating a variety of surfaces. It is used for coating Thermocol surfaces, R.C.C, FRP, asbestos etc.

· Shivabond 353 is a specifically formulated, two component air-drying polyurethane coating. It is hard and has water resistant properties which arises due to its ability to be absorbed by concrete and thereby forming an integral part of the surface. It is used over cement plaster, asbestos, wood FRP etc.

· Shivabond 356 is a specifically formulated, two component air-drying Polyurethane coating. It is hard and has water resistant properties which arises due to its ability to be absorbed by concrete and thereby forming an integral part at the surface. It is recommended for all type of metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

· Shivabond 360 is a specifically formulated aliphatic non-yellowing, two-component air-drying polyurethane coating. It is hard, tough and has water resistant properties, which arise due to its ability to be absorbed by concrete thereby forming an integral part of the surface. It is used over cement plaster, asbestos, wood FRP etc.

· Shivabond 366 is a specifically formulated polyurea (a type of elastomer) coating produced by the reaction of an isocyanate component with an amine blend. It has unique physical properties and rapid cure characteristics. It is ideally suited for waterproofing due to its ability to bridge hairline cracks on concrete surfaces.

· Shivabond 615 is a specifically formulated, single component PU elastomeric coating, which is used for water proofing on PU foam, RCC and other metallic & non-metallic surfaces.

· Shivabond 903 is a specifically formulated, two component polyurethane system to be used for various applications. It is used in a variety of industries such as construction (building facades, floor slabs, glazed tiles, in flooring and lining of tanks etc.), transport (under deck coating in vehicles, flooring of railway coaches), water resource management (interior lining of canals) etc.

Sound Insulation & Fireproofing paints/coatings

Shivabond 603 is a specifically formulated two component polyurethane coating/paint. It is used for sound insulation purposes as well as to impart flame retardant properties to the material. We manufacture different grades with different curing times as per customer requirements.
