Paecilo Plus Biological Nematicide

Production Information :

Pesilo Plus is an effective biological nematode based on both Pacilomyces lilacinus and Verticillium chlamydosporium fungi.

Methodology:

Nematodes prepare knots on the roots of plants and from there they absorb nutrients from the roots. As a result of which there is a lack of nutrition in the plants. It has the ability to colonize the eggs of a wide range of phytopathogenic nematodes. Verticillium chlamydosporium releases a toxin called a serine peptidase which is suitable for controlling nematodes.

Disease and pest control:

Pacilo Plus is highly effective against root knot nematode, cyst nematode, reniform nematode, stunt nematode, it is also effective against white grub and other soil borne pathogens.

Quantity :

• Seed treatment: Use 8-10 gm Pesilo Plus per kg seed.
• Root Treatment: Use 8-10 pesilo plus per liter of water (soaked for 30 minutes).
• For Foliar Spray: Use 8-10 grams of Pacilo Plus per liter of water.
• Soil Application: Use 1-2 kg of Pesilo Plus per acre of land.

Method of use :

• Can be used at any time of the day if the day temperature is 28 or less.
• If the day temperature is 32 or more then use (spray) only when the temperature comes down to 30 in the evening.
• While using in the field, there should be sufficient moisture in the field, as well as mix the medicine in soil, sand or compost manure and spread it evenly in the entire field.

Precautions :

• Do not use with any chemical medicine or micronutrient.
• Keep in a cool place and away from direct sunlight.
