M.G. Pre Cleaner has been designed for pre cleaning of grains.
MPC is equipped with feeding roller, one scalping screen & two layers of screens.
M.G. highly efficient pre and after suction system in installed for extracting light impurities from the material both at The machine inlet and outlet.The pre and after suction waste, dust and light weight trash are collected in a chamber and conveyed to machine outlet by a discharge screw conveyor. This is equipped with flap airlock system to prevent false airlock system to prevent false air.
The Scalping Screen Separates the coarse impurities. The pre screen separates oversize material and the next screen separates undersize material.
Screen are kept clean by specially designed rubber balls which bounce in between the screen and ball frames.
The wooden boxes are specially desgined for esay changing of screens.
All the shutters and valves can be adjusted and controlled.
