When the new flush emerge after pruning and between 12 to 14 weeks before expected the harvisting. Apply once per year. Ensure Adequate water and fertilizers continue before & after paclobutrazol application. Do not overdose trees with Paclobutrazol,if unsure lower the dosing to see the result and increase dosing following seasonif the trees have not responded to the low dosage.
