Introduction
Greenz Ozone Generator domestic application with inbuilt air compressor and air cooling 220 watt with single phase plug it and play it unit having  unit  capacity 500 milligram/hr max. with inlet outlet silicon tubing complete system. This Greenz Ozone Generator is far superior and can not be compared in this price range with any other model  available in India. It has inbuilt air cooling system which keeps electrodes cool so that Ozone output is consistent for 30 minutes, thereafter it is advisible to switch off unit atleast for 10 minutes and then again it can be restarted for further 30 minutes. If it is air conditioned room and temperature is 18-20oC  unit can work for continuous duty. Above 35oC air temperature unit will generate rated quantity Ozone but due to temperature it will quickly convert back to oxygen and it will not be desirable because in the application sufficient oxygen dose will not be available.
Operating Procedure

• Greenz Ozonator starts generating Ozone on plug in and switch on.
• For safe operation always place Ozone generator equipment in water/moisture  free dry location and should be always placed at higher level to water container (For Ozonised water preparation) i.e. in Glass or S.S.Jug (Do not use plastic containers for water ozonisation). This means always ozone generator level must be higher and water container level must be lower.
• Always start Ozonatorfirstand then introduce Ozone tube and spargerin water to be prepared for Ozonised water.
• Always remove Ozone tube first and sparger from the water and then switch off the generator.
• Vegetable and Fruits washing with Ozone eliminates insecticides, pesticides and chemical found on vegetables and fruits which is not possible otherwise by simple washing with water.
• Wash and soak vegetables with ozone in water for about 15-20 minutes to make it safe for raw salads, fruits and cooking preparations for complete destruction of pollutants.
• To  eliminate germs, bacteria, hormone and antibiotics in raw meat Wash and soak poultry and raw meat delicacies with ozone in water for about 15-20 minutes before cooking and make safe for preservation to longer duration.
• Greenz  Ozone Generator for Vegetable, raw  poultry  washing  at a time quantity  1 Kg in batch process with in built  Air compressor, ozone diffuser for washing time 15 – 20 minutes  before cooking.
