Positioning in the Plant :

Oxygen filling manifold is the final stage where cylinder rack is set for final filling. The pressurized oxygen is controlled by pressure gauges & manifold valves.

Primary Function :

High Pressure Oxygen Pumped by L.O.Pump passes through Heat Exchangers converts into gaseous form. The gaseous oxygen if filled through oxygen filing manifold in the cylinders ready for marketing.

Spares Requirement :

• Square Nut and Bull Nose – extruded brass material is used. The material constitution enhances the threading of the nut which gets damaged with continuos workability.
• SS Spindle – SS 304 material improves the life of the valve as the valve is operated for each filling batch.
• Manifold valve is made from forged body tested with working pressure of 165 kg/cm² and tested pressure of 200 kg/cm².
• Pressure gauge 6” size are supplied brass as well as SS bordoun for 420kg/cm² presssure.
• Safety valve are made in carbon steel with SS seat and working part. The safety valve supplied is approved by the explosive department .The working presssure are 165 kg/cm² – 20 X 25mm size.
