Over Crank Shearing Machine

Manu manufacture mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic actuated shearing machines. The frame is rigidly constructed from solid steel plates heavily welded constructions to take full load with minimum deflection; the shear plate beam moves through hand scrapped guides that are fitted with fiber which ensure clean cut. The spring loaded or hydraulically controlled hold down which is made to customer specifications is formed to ensure a positive and uniform pressure along the full length of work piece. Every machine that we manufacture is fitted with Four edge HCHC blade that are heated treated to ensure maximum life.
