Ovens FN Tape

The ovens are particularly suitable for:
• welding of chains
• welding of metal parts
• annealing of tubes and plates
• enamelling
The type ovens FN70 / A-A1, FN100 / A-A1, FN140 / AB have two heating zones. The electrical heating elements are constructed with a thread resistant to temperatures exceeding 1200 ° C. The muffle is constructed in refractory steel. The cooling chamber, patented, is made of stainless steel so as to prevent the dripping of condensate on the materials to be welded or anneal. The cooling is carried out it in closed loop by a group consisting of: a stainless steel tank containing
decalcified water, a recirculation pump, and a water-water heat exchanger to be connected to a water system of plain water. This assembly is mounted on all belt furnaces with the exception of models FN50 / A-A1-A2. The ovens adopt static power modules in place of traditional contactors. The movement of the tape is controlled by a microprocessor in order to ensure the stability of the motorcycle. The ovens are equipped with a time switch for switching on and off. The motion of the belt start-up and the opening of cooling water takes place automatically when the oven temperature exceeds 350 ° C. The ribbon movement off and the cooling water closure happen automatically when the oven temperature drops below 350 ° C. The protective gas used for the two protective burners are: propane, methane or butane. As regards the feeding of the reducing gas (H2 + N2) can be used both in cylinders or generated by dissociation of ammonia.
