When saffron flower is harvested from the fields of pampore.After harvesting we remove three red Stigma's from Saffron flower. After removing red Stigma's the voilet flower with yellow Stigma's or without yellow Stigma's are graded and dried to form dried saffron petals.The dried petals are mostly used in auyrvedic companies
