OSK4TK Tube ToTubesheet Fusion Weld Head

The OSK4TK weld head is a combination of the OSK65W enclosed water cooled weld head and the 4TK kit; comprising electrode holder, nose ring and pneumatic mandrel actuating assembly. This method of producing autogenous tube to tubesheet joints provides a high quality, very clean weld and is particularly suited to Titanium applications because the entire weld circumference is contained within a fully inert environment during welding. This head can be used for tube diameters from 15.0mm to 50.0mm ID, a mandrel assembly is required to complete the package.
