The main function of an orifice flange is to propose right of entry to a pipe line for metering of gases or liquids.
An orifice plate is packed together between a pair of flanges when it’s being installed in a pipe line and the whole convention is referred to as an orifice flange amalgamation.
Jack-screws in the gathering make a simple abolition of the orifice plate. The orifice plate, which is the metering apparatus, comprises a very thin plate with a square edge, concentric, and round opening in the focal point.
