• The wall is insulated with special grade glass wool.
• The inner chamber accommodates one no. easily removable Stainless-Steel tray at adjustable height and is also provided with a shaking platform with threaded holes for mounting stainless steel clamps for holding conical flasks from 50 ml to 1000 ml capacity.
• An outer double door with inner full view acrylic door permits inspection of specimens.
• Heating is by imported nichrome wires.
• Temperature is controlled by a Digital Indicator cum controller working in conjunction with PT 100 sensor.
• Powerful air circulator creates positive airflow through the incubator.
• Temperature range to 5ºC to 60 ºC ± 0.5 ºC controlled by preset dual display electronic digital temp. Controller indicator.
• The shaker is driven by a variable DC Motor with variable speed control.
• The speed is indicated RPM Indicator for digital display of speed with preset facility.
• The control panel accommodating, digital controller, pilot indicating lamps, on/off switches, digital RPM Indicator, etc., will be provided at the top of the unit.
• RPM range: 50 to 200 Rpm orbital (25cm) variable speed controlled by digital display RPM controller cum indicator (permanent Magnet DC Motor) complete with stainless steel tray lotus shaped spring action clamps but without conical flask.

Features & Construction

• Robust construction outer chamber is made of Mild Steel duly pre treated & finished with powder coated paint for lasting finish.
• Inner chamber made of STAINLESS STEEL SHEET (304 Grade).
• Fitted with durable coaxial blower for forced air circulation at triple walled back to maintain temperature uniformity in the chamber
• Outer front double walled door is insulated and is fitted with magnetic tape for airtight closing for no temperature loss, provided with lock and key arrangement.
• Fitted with Universal Platform to accommodate interchangeable clamps of assorted sizes for different capacity of flasks.
• Stationery shelves made of Stainless Steel (SS-3G4) for use of the unit as a standard B.O.D. Incubator can be supplied at extra cost.
• Door operated illumination lamp is fitted inside the chamber for easy visibility.
• A full view inner plexi glass door enables inspection and monitoring of inner chamber specimens without disturbing the process temperature.
• High grade PUF INSULATION between outer and inner chamber for minimal thermal losses.
• Cooling is done by finned tube evaporator lie in the air circulation path by JSI marked Compressor/Condensing Units CFG free & R-134 a eco friendly refrigerant.
