1. Automatic fly ash bricks plant:
automatic fly ash bricks plant is available in five models;
a. Fbp1000 – 4 bricks per stroke – 900 to 1000 bricks per hour
b. Fbp 1500 – 6 bricks per stroke – 1300 to 1500 bricks per hour
c. Fbp 2000 – 10 bricks per stroke – 1800 to 2000 bricks per hour
d. Fbp 2500 – 12 bricks per stroke – 2300 to 2500 bricks per hour
e. Fbp 3500 – 18 bricks per stroke – 3200 to 3500 bricks per hour
automatic fly ash bricks plant mainly contains following units:
a. Pan mixer – to mix the raw materials like fly ash, sand, stone dust, cement, lime, gypsum etc.
B. Mixed material transfer conveyor – to carry the mixed raw materials from pan mixer to hydraulic bricks press
c. Hydraulic bricks press: makes high quality fly ash bricks by applying high i.e. 7.5 to 10 mt pressure on each bricks
d. Hydraulic power pack: provides oil flow at required pressure to operate the hydraulic bricks press.
E. P l c based control panel: fitted with electrical & electronic accessories to run the whole plant in automatic as well as manual mode.
2. Automatic concrete blocks plant:
available in two models for production of various type of bricks, pavers blocks, concrete blocks, double layer paver blocks etc.
A. Cbp750 – vibro compacting bricks & blocks making machine – 1500 to 1800 bricks per hour or 900 to 1000 pavers blocks depending upon shape & size
b. Cbp5000 - vibro compacting bricks & blocks making machine – 4200 to 4500 bricks per hour or 1200 to 1500 pavers blocks depending upon shape & size
automatic concrete blocks plant mainly contains following units:
a. Pan mixer – to mix the raw materials like aggregate, sand, stone dust, cement etc.
B. Mixed material transfer conveyor – to carry the mixed raw materials from pan mixer to vibro compacting blocks press
c. Vibro compacting blocks press: makes high quality bricks & blocks by applying high vibration of 4500 rpm
