NON MARRING VERTICAL PLATE LIFTING CLAMPS

• Non-marring clamps are designed for vertical lifting and transporting of plate material. This particular range of clamps has a large jaw capacity that enable it to be used on a multitude of applications.
• The main feature of Non marring plate clamps is the fact that it is Non-marking, this is achieved by a special material on the jaw. These plate clamps are service friendly, making them easy to exchange parts, which are ready available. Clamps repairs are available through the factory.

NON MARRING HORIZONTAL PLATE LIFTING CLAMPS

• Non-marring horizontal clamps are made with medium carbon steel of high strength, Extra hard material is used wherever required. Individual clamp is proof load tested with 2 times of safe working load limit. Non-marring plate clamps can be used to lift all structural steel plates including stainless steel, iron, and aluminium without marking or damaging the surface. Horizontal Non-marring plate lifting clamps are available with or without spring loaded.
• Available in 4,5 & 6 ton pair wise capacities. Available jaw opening 0-120 mm for different sizes. 

DO’s & DON’TS

• Do clean the pad regularly, clean in water only.
• DO NOT use the clamps on plates with surface contamination (dirt, grease, scales etc)
• DO NOT use single Horizontal Non-Marring clamp always use in pair.
• Do inspect the clamp before each use. If pads are cut or can not be cleaned, take clamp out of service and replace pads.
• DO NOT use Vertical Non-marring clamps on smooth polished surfaces
