Our plasma cutting machine system that cuts by compress air uses plasma power supply designed by advanced inverter technology using high power device mosfets to change power frequency of 5060hz into high power frequency of 100 khz and has pwm technology to reduce voltage and adjust current to generate high power supply for cutting.
Compared with convectional rectification conversion technology, inverter technology has lower energy consumption, lower weight and more smaller and compact structure with better functions. Our machine can make more powerful, more centralized and steadier & stable arc. Air in the arc is almost completely ionized. The arc temperature reaches up to 10000 to 16000 degree centigrade. The arc which in is ionized state form powerful plasma arc which can be used to cut metal quickly & heat affected zone is reduce as far as possible. It makes a very smooth cut surface which is convenient for downstream processing. The advantage of our plasma cutting machine is it works with ordinary compress air & is very easy to operate.
