This Machine is used for measuring Brinell hardness of ferrous and non ferrous casting in foundries, engineering industries, material testing laboratory It is is used in heat treatment plants for hardness measurement before and after heat treatment and forging plants.

Calibration & Accuracy

The Machine conforms to IS : 2281 standard and has a an accuracy within 1%

Salient Features

The machine is provided with optical systems which enables viewing the indention and also measurement of diameter
The time required for checking the hardness is only few seconds, hence it is ideal for production testing.
It is an optical device with 14X magnification provided in front to project diameter of ball measuring system with 0.01 mm resolution.
