Open Type Pasteurizer

1. Adjust the feet perpendicular to the horizontal line after the mixer, and then install all kinds of pipes and power.

1. Description: The mixing tank prior to use, internal use clean hot water. Slurry material from the fixed material on the tube in the lid into the tank, or open the lid into. Material should not overfill, so when the material is splashing blender, resulting in unsanitary conditions or damage.
2. Heating: heating jacket must open the inlet valve, to be filled with water jacket, then turn on the heating switch, rotate thermostat knob to the desired heating temperature. Then enter the material, open mixer. Reach the required temperature, turn off the heating switch, over 2-3 minutes, then turn off mixer.
3. Cooling: Turn off the power, turn off the jacket inlet valve and let the hot water to make the jacket, and then open the refrigerant valve, then open the mixer. Observation of the thermometer until the temperature reaches the material required, close the valve into the refrigerant, thereby cooling the purpose of play materials.
4. Maintain the temperature: adjust the temperature control knob to the desired temperature, turn on blender, thermometer observed in order to achieve the purpose of insulation.
5. Cleaning: After processing, the water jacket exhausted, enter the warm water tank as soon as possible, through the CIP cleaning tank top and feed mouth, washed clean, open the mixer, and then use the base 40-50oC Water (2%) washed clean, then clean water around 90oC. Hot water before use and then the next best and then washed again.
6. Maintenance: Always pay attention to the equipment and the work gear, gear oil is low, should be replaced immediately, generally replaced once every six months (40 # oil). Equipment to prepare for a long time, if not, use warm water washing over jacket to prevent water corrosion. Always clean the inside and outside the shell, clean bright, in order to achieve durable purpose.
7. The power off after use, should be immediately added to the cooling water to protect the electric heating section, extending its life.
