Oolong Tea is semi oxidized, so this tea falls somewhere in between Green & Black Tea. In the amount of time, the tea leaves are allowed to oxidize. It is somewhat full bodied having flavor full fragrance and sweet aroma and taste. The leaves after withering are hand rolled instead of leaf being rolled in roller machines.
